REMEDIAL CLASSES
The boarders get adequate time to study and resolve queries related to a range of subjects in remedial classes. The classes are supervised and guided by the residential teachers and not by the wardens, due to which the boarders get an opportunity to clarify all their doubts, and to study in a serious and sincere manner.
SPECIAL ENGLISH LAB
The sessions for English communication and personality development take place for the boarders four days a week by the designated mentors. The borders are made to communicate only in English all the time.
INTERNET BROWSING CENTRE
The boarders get access to the internet two days a week, under the supervision of the IT in-charge. Students are permitted to use their email accounts to obtain information on various topics for various activities such as debates and project development. Students can also send emails to their parents and other relatives.
MEDICAL FACILITY
A well-equipped school infirmary with visiting doctors caters to the prophylactic treatment and routine medical check-ups, including emergencies if any. We have tied up with the local hospital in Moradabad to ensure the immediate care of any illness or injury. Regular medical check-ups are held to ensure a healthy body and healthy mind. With emergency ambulance service.
SAFETY & SECURITY
The safety and security of NPS students is given first importance. NPS has enlisted the help of a highly qualified security team. They are in charge of the school’s entire security needs. The entire school campus is monitored by CCTV and is always manned by security personnel. The hostel’s dormitories are all monitored by CCTV cameras.
WARDENS & CARETAKERS
Wardens and caregivers with extensive knowledge and dedication are on hand 24 hours a day to supervise and support the youngsters.

Cultural Activities
The school engage students a variety of hobbies at no extra cost and encourages every student to spend his/her leisure in pursuing a hobby. These activities provide a creative outlet for the energy and talent of the growing children. The main activities provided in the school are Art & Crafts, Painting, Batik Work, Tie & Dye, Air Rifle Shooting, Gardening, Cooking, Public Speaking, Music, etc.
Art & Craft Studio
Because we believe that all activities are important to our curriculum, we have spared no expense in creating advanced art and craft facilities where our faculty not only instructs, but also creates excellent artwork.
Music & Dance
There are fully equipped spacious studios for Indian traditional and contemporary dance. The Indian and western music studios cater to both choral and instrumental music, reflecting our ethos that Lotus Valley brings together the best of both oriental and occidental cultures.
Dedicated Room for Activities
While our infant Lotus Bud children have spacious rooms equipped with superbly crafted play equipment set aside on our lower ground floor, older children learn in custom-built activity areas that look onto a central atrium with a stage. Some of the activities pursued are wax crafts, sculpture, clay modelling, drama, origami, etc.
Modernity Blends with Tradition
At NPS, we feel duty-bound to train the students as soldiers of righteousness. On the birthdays of all great leaders, national and religious festivals are celebrated to make them aware of the glorious heritage and legacy of India. Meditation is part and parcel of the curriculum for children. Special classes are conducted to help them meditate and achieve a concentration of a higher order.
Nishan Public School is an English-medium, residential cum day boarding co-educational school founded by Maj. R. S. Bhinder in 1990. The school is located on Danialpur Road, Karnal, Haryana.
Nishan’s primary concern remains to impart quality education to both boys and girls alike and make them assets to society. The Nishan Public School was established as a tribute to the late Sardar Nishan Singh Bhinder.
This school is affiliated with the Central Board of Secondary Education (C.B.S.E.) New Delhi up to Senior Secondary level with all the streams of study (Art/Commerce, Medical, and Non-Medical).
The school is well equipped with sufficient infrastructure. The school has a two-story building consisting of the first Pre-Nursery to U.K.G. wing and a second First 1 to 12th wing containing spaciously furnished and well-ventilated rooms with modern amenities, well-equipped laboratories, a library, a computer lab, etc. With an elegant building with lush green lawns and trees. All cassroom is spacious, airy, and well-ventilated with a blackboard and a display board. There is a separate wing for toddlers, nursery, and primary children
Admission to the school is open to all boys and girls, regardless of class, creed, or community. Parents who wish to register their child for admission must fill out the registration form and register the child as early as possible upon payment of the registration fee. The registration of a student does not guarantee admission, which will depend on the student being found suitable for the class after an admission test and a personal interview with the student’s parents.
