Under the program, SWS educators participated in a workshop facilitated by Ms. Laura Leminen, a distinguished Special Educator from Finland International Education. She led an insightful session emphasizing the importance of cultivating positive traits in teaching practices.

Addressing contemporary challenges in education such as the pervasive influence of mobile phone usage among students, innovative strategies were shared to addressed them. Another highlight of the session was a video of a neurologist- Rick Hanson, emphasizing the power of positivity in overcoming challenges and countering negativity bias.
