Established in June 2012, Mother Teresa World School is affiliated with the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations, ICSE, established way back in 1958.

The boarding school in Ahmedabad also has an affiliation with the Gujarat State Education Board, GSEB. Mother Teresa World School is a day boarding school where children spend eight to nine hours per day in class. Mother Teresa World School also offers residential facilities for both Resident and Non-Resident Indian students.

The Indian Certificate of Secondary Education Exam ensures a general education and requires all candidates to register for six subjects, as well as Socially Useful Productive Work [S.U.P.W]. Students in Gujarat State Education Board have a choice of eight subjects in Class X.

1. For a student joining the school in the KG section for the first time, a photocopy of the birth certificate must be submitted to support the date of birth entered in the admission form. The original birth certificate should be shown for verification.
2. Any admission std. II onwards is incomplete until the leaving certificate from the previous recognized school is produced. (In the case of an out-state student the leaving certificate should be countersigned by the education inspector of the state).
