Document’s Required
(All documents are to be submitted at the time of admission or latest within 15 days of the beginning of the session. Admission of your child/ward is considered provisional till the final submission of all relevant documents is carried out as mentioned in the admission form.)
Birth certificate, original school leaving certificate, photocopied report card, four passport-size colour photos of the student with their names behind them, two passport-size colour photos of each parent with their names behind them, and a character/Bonafede certificate that must be filled out separately at the school reception.
A properly completed medical emergency form with information on allergies, asthma, diabetes, etc. In the event of an emergency, medications and first aid are required. Properly completed Transport Request form (for students choosing to use school transport).
For students choosing a hostel, a properly completed Hostel Admission Form with a local guardian’s signature and photo is required.
