SCIENCE LAB

The school has well-equipped laboratories for Physics, Chemistry, and Biology to develop scientific aptitude and provide opportunities to think, observe, apply reason, and make decisions.

COMPUTER LAB

The computer lab is fully equipped and operational, and it is supervised by an expert teacher. Aside from providing traditional computer knowledge, concerted efforts are made to provide students with IT savvy.

AUDIO-VISUAL LAB

Audio-Visual classes are held to help our students learn through the use of technology. Education through intelligent classes makes learning enjoyable. During the pandemic, online classes were delivered via Microsoft Teams.

LIBRARY

The Greenland Public School library serves as a knowledge center for all students, teachers, and other school personnel. The school library includes a special reference section, as well as the most recent material on History, Science, Fiction, Travel, Adventure, Biographies, and other books of interest to children. During library periods, every child is inspired and encouraged to visit the library.

DAY BOARDING

Working parents have concerns about their children’s safety and security after school. They look for a location where a trustworthy individual can serve as Godmother. As a result, the school requires Day Boarding. Day boarders are fed healthy and nutritious lunches, encouraged to rest, and assisted with their homework. The school also has all of the necessary facilities and boost support systems, such as RO water purifiers and coolers, security systems, a well-equipped library, and so on.

Co-Curricular Activities

ACTIVITIES

Festivals, competitions, summer camps, and social and cultural events help students develop a wide range of skills and ideas. Students learn about cultural diversity and actively participate in activities such as swimming, dancing, Zumba, yoga, sports, indoor games, newspaper reading, and much more.

Table Tennis, Chess, and a lot of other games are available.

OUTDOOR GAMES

Professional coaches are invited on regular basis Tae-kwon-do, Aerobics, Yoga, Volleyball, and Badminton.

In April 2008, Greenland Public School in Lucknow began its first academic session. It is a co-educational day/night school affiliated with the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE).  It is managed by Avadh Chhetra Jan Shiksha Samiti.
