Document’s Required The following documents are required along with the Admission Form: For Applicant: 6 Passport size photographs Photocopy of date of birth certificate or passport Photocopy of Visa and FRRO (for international students only) Last two/one year (s) academic report (Grade 2 and above) Certificate of Merit (if any) Transfer Certificate (T.C) or previous school leaving certificate For Parent: 2 passport size photographs of each parent/ guardian Photocopies of passport, visa, FRRO (for international passport holders only) Copy of proof of residence in India Confidential letter of recommendation, from the student’s last school principal, counselor, or teacher Transport request form (if availing transport) Pan card of at least one parent Returning students are also required to complete the forms as we update records every year.

Dining Hall
The school has a big dining hall and a clean kitchen. A healthy diet arranged with a design is checked by a dietician and provided to The scholars.
Pastoral Care
The Dorm Parent, together with assisting staff, takes care of each child’s welfare and desires. However, we motivate students to try and do their chores to inculcate in them a sense of self-dependence. Kids can conveniently approach their boarding staff, who are available at any time of the day or night to heed their issues.
There’s also a medical room for rest and medical care for college students having minor ailments and discomforts. Furthermore, Excelsior has been betrothed with Paras Hospital within the school’s vicinity for any major ailments or injuries that may occur.
After School Activities
Excelsior boarding students can participate in a variety of sports and extracurricular activities after school. Sports like soccer, badminton, tennis, table tennis, and swimming are conducted with coaching facilities available. Students may even take advantage of after-school tuition with resident teachers, if they so require, free of charge.

1. Dorms: The school campus offers the most relaxing environment with fully air-conditioned boarding facilities, making it one of the best boarding schools in India. The rooms are designed keeping aesthetics in mind, with large windows, cheerful upholstery, and individual cupboards. It is centrally air-conditioned, with full-time internet access for children. We have well-equipped dorms with separate beds, cupboards, side tables, a set of drawers, and a study area, each provided individually to all the students.

3. Washrooms: Well equipped with the latest amenities and fittings, with a 24/7 hot and cold-water supply.
4. Lounge area: Students can unwind in the common rooms, which creates a relaxing setting. This is entirely air-conditioned and set out outside the rooms and dorms. Equipped with various indoor games for children for leisure, like table tennis, carrom board, and foosball. In addition to the mentioned facilities, the lounge area is also equipped with a microwave and a refrigerator.
5. Laundry Services: Washed and ironed clothes are provided for the coming week for all the children.
6. Outdoor Activities: The campus emphasizes holistic learning, and there is a well-maintained sports facility with competent trainers. Sports like football, volleyball, badminton, basketball, squash, and lawn tennis are offered.
Communication:
Excelsior American School campus is Wi-Fi enabled with high-speed lease line connectivity. This allows students to video call, use their cell phones for specific hours, and receive calls from their parents.
