The greatest boarding school in Kerala education, Ebenezer International Residential School (EIRS). EIRS is the achievement of a Keralite’s long-held ambition for a world’s best education.
The establishment of Ebenezer International Residential School [EIRS] achieves a long-held dream of Keralites for a high-quality education. The EIRS was inaugurated by Mr. Stephen George (MLA) on June 10, 2002. For the school year 2002–2003, 200 students were enrolled when the first classes began on June 12, 2002.
The school follows a curriculum, which is to the specifications of the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). It aims to reach the height of academic brilliance. When designing the curriculum, non-academic courses like music, dance, and artistic activities are treated similarly.
The faculty at EIRS is highly trained, experienced, efficient, and chosen from the top educational institutions in the country. A majority of the faculty resides on campus, which enables the students to seek consultation even after class hours.
To ensure that each student receives a high-quality education, each class has a maximum capacity of 25 students. The teacher-to-student ratio at EIRS is outstanding at 1: 10. Regular classes meet Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 3:15 PM.
At EIRS, utmost care and guidance are given to academically weak students by arranging subject-wise remedial classes. To prevent students from being overworked, extra tuition hours are scheduled after regular classes.
