HISTORY
The school was founded by the Colonial and Continental Church Society, London in the year 1902. It was earlier known as the European Boys School which was situated in the boy’s section of the Kimmins Girls School, Panchgani.
In the year 1904, the construction of the main building got completed and it was named as St. Peter’s. The first Principal of the school was O. D. Bason. He got retired after 27 years of his service. In his remember, the school constructed the hall and named it as the Bison Hall. In the year 1954, the school celebrated its Golden Jubilee.
The year 1961 was marked as the remarkable year in the school history as the school got shifted from Colonial and Continental Church Society to Bombay Diocesan Society.
In the year 1969, the school management, control, and property were transferred to St. Peter’s School, Panchgani which is registered under the Bombay Public Trust Act, 1950.
Over the years, the school developed a lot and in the year 2004, the school Centenary got completed.
Vision Of The School
The vision of the school is not only to provide theoretical knowledge based on books but also to give moral knowledge that will be with them lifelong. Their main focus is to build the students as creative thinkers, and workers.

Facilities provided by the school are as follows-
Library
The school has the spacious library which contains the variety of books, magazines, journals, novels etc. They provide the facility to students to choose any book of their own choice on every Saturday so as to improve their reading and speaking skills.
Gym
The school has a big gymnasium where the students of class IX and X are allowed to go for exercise and maintain their physical fitness. They are trained under the guidance of the sports instructor.
Hospital
The school has the hospital facility for the students for the emergency conditions. They are taken cared by trained Doctors and nurses.
Counseling Center
The students get the support and guidance of the teachers where they can share their personal and professional thoughts about their life.
