- – Parents are required to take prior appointment where parents check the facilities and residence.
- – Next step is to complete the registration process in the school with submission of compulsory documents.
- – After registration selected students are invited for the interactive session. After confirmation of admission, fee is submitted.
The NCC of the school consists of the three Army, Navy and Air Force wings, each of 50 cadets. Every year, our cadets attend the NCC ATC camp at the Pune Community Head Quarter. NCC training supports the NDA cadets in qualifying.
The school promotes and trains students the art of dance and drama. Special events like carnival function, Annual Day function, cultural programs are organized. In the morning school conducts training like yoga, karate, boxing, kabaddi and in the daytime school provides training for football cricket, basketball, and volleyball.
In June 1932, Shri Shivaji Preparatory Military School began. 85 years of devoted service to the country have been accomplished by the college. It is run by the Shri Shivaji Memorial Society of All India, set up in 1917 by Rajarshi Chhatrapati Shahu Maharaj. The primary goal of the school is to include military-oriented values through discipline, bravery, persistence, sense of devotion and service in the pupil.
- – Indoor facilities: There is a gym and exercise room in the classroom, squash courts, table tennis, carom board, chess as well as use of the badminton multi-purpose hall.
- – Outdoor amenities: The school has a 25-metre pool, a pitch and cricket net, a large football field, basketball courts outside, facilities for lawn tennis courts.
- – All students are required to engage in a minimum of 2 sports & 1 creative activity or 2 creative activities and 1 sports activity at Cathedral Vidya College.
- – All sports and artistic events offered on campus can be pursued by students.
For all sports, our Physical Education department has coached. They also consider and develop the skills students can have for District & National Level.
