Sharanya Narayani International School (SNIS) is a non-profit charity Trust called Narayani Group of Educational Institutions that promotes and runs Sharanya Narayani International School, a co-educational K–12 days, week (5-day), and regular boarding school in Bangalore. The late Mrs. Narayani Abbaiah Reddy, the matriarch of the Trustees’ family, is honoured by having both the School and the Trust bear her name.

1. An application fee of INR 5000 is charged to take an admission assessment.

2. The security deposit is non-interest bearing and is refundable within 60 working days (provided the student has completed at least one term) upon the student graduating/leaving the school after receiving clearance from the respective departments. Any fee defaults lost or damaged books or damage to school property will be adjusted with the Security Deposit.

3. Term Fee for Dav Scholars includes Tuition fee, food, uniform kit, co-curricular activities (arts, music, dance, and sports), library fee, digital library resources, science lab fees, Robotics lab, computer lab, IT expenses, IB and Cambridge affiliation fees, student management software expenses, plagiarism-check software, Managebac software, excursions/trips within the city, Career guidance fee for Grade 9 to 12.

5. Boarding Fee for Weekly & Regular Boarding includes boarding & food charges.

6. Uniform Kit includes two sets of sports uniforms, one set of formal uniforms, a sports jacket, cap, two pairs of shoes (black & white), three pairs of socks, notebooks & stationary, blazers for grades 6 and above, belt for Grade 6 and above once in 2 years.

7. Term Fee does not include the following:

a)     IBMYP, BDP & IGCSE Textbooks: Parents can purchase the Textbooks from the school store at MRP or any online books website (Textbook ISBNs must be the same specified by the school).

b)     Individual art kits for students taking Visual Art as a subject in MYP, IGCSE & DP.

c)      Graphical Design Calculator (GDC) is mandatory for students taking Mathematics. It can be purchased from the school store at MRP or any online website (GDC make, and model should be as specified by the school).

d)     Field trips that include outstation & overnight stays external workshops, career fairs, and competitions.

e)     FRRO assistance fees of INR 3,000 (for students without Indian passports) yearly.

f)       Sports team jerseys, Taekwondo uniform, SNIS MUN registration, and Costumes for events, assemblies & competitions.

g)     Special Education Needs (SEN) support fee of INR 50,000 per academic year.

h)     IB MYP Assessment fee, IB DP exam Fee, Cambridge IGCSE exam fee.

8. Reserve fund (Pocket Money) of INR 5,000 will be collected for Day Scholars and managed by the school to cover costs related to inter-school competitions, intramural competitions (costumes, props, materials, etc.), and other costs not covered in the Term Fee.

9. Mandatory Pocket money of INR 25,000 is collected for Regular Boarders and INR 10,000 for Weekly Boarders.

10. A/C Room Charges for Boarders of Rs 30,000 (optional)

11. Any student joining or leaving in the middle of the term will have to pay the tuition fee in full for the applicable term.

12. Withdrawals must be intimated on or before 1st March of the current academic year for the following academic year.

13. Sibling discount of INR 50,000 yearly per child.

14. Fees not paid on or before the mentioned installment deadline will attract a late fee charge of INR 200 per day as per school policy. Maximum of 30 days of late payment allowed.

15. Up to a 10% increase in fees may be expected for the following years.

16. Any Fees once paid will not be refunded.

17. Transportation is optional, but once it is opted for, it is payable for the entire year. The transport facility cannot be withdrawn in the middle of the academic year. Transport fee is based on distance as per school bus reading (SNIS to student pick/drop-off point), as mentioned below.
