SAFETY AND SECURITY
At PPSCVS, our top priority is to ensure the safety and security of all students, educators, and school stakeholders. For students to succeed and realise their full potential, we think a safe and secure learning environment is crucial. We have put in place a number of safety and security precautions at our school to help us reach this goal.

Co-Curricular Activities:

The activities are carefully designed to meet the needs of kids at this age, emphasising opportunities for hands-on learning that let students explore and interact with their surroundings. This encourages a love of learning in kids and promotes in them the value of imagination, problem-solving, and critical thinking. Some of the activities include:

  1. Tracing
  2. Colouring
  3.  Cutting and Pasting
  4. Playdough and Clay Activities
  5. Sorting and Stacking
  6. Beading and Threading
  7. Drawing
  8. Cooking
  9. Building and Constructing
  10.  Manipulating Small Objects

The school has been a “all-through” high school for twelve years at this point. In 2008, it was combined with the nearby Elementary School to form a modern Higher Secondary School. All visitors to the school remarked on how joyful, sociable, and confident the students from Nursery to Year XII classes were, demonstrating the success of the amalgamation. The high standards of effort and attainment were complimented for this welcoming and courteous ethos:

“Since the opening of this new school, TRUSTEES. PRINCIPAL and STAFF have worked together with determination to make sure the quality of teaching is good, and pupils’ achievement is good. Pupils behave well. They are courteous.”

Children at our school have a variety of cultural backgrounds, as well as different religions and languages. We value and celebrate this variety. We teach the kids to appreciate one another and to be proud of their own culture, religion, and language.

The curriculum of the school has been carefully developed with a focus on creating outstanding standards for literacy and numeracy. To support our efforts in satisfying the special needs of the children, there are enough resources and additional workers on hand. We work hard to ensure that every child has the study skills necessary to move on to the next stage of their education.
