Extra-Curriculum Activities
Excellent training is provided to the students in all extracurricular and curricular activities. The students that compete in inter-house, inter-school, and state-level events each year take home a variety of awards. No effort is spared to instil discipline and a vague sense in the students.
The school also encourages the students’ extraordinary hidden talents. We give them different tasks to prove their skills in co-curricular activities and bring out what the kid is intended to be. All kinds of sports, games (indoor-outdoor) elocutions, seminars, drawing competitions, fancy dress competitions, and essay writing are introduced to the students which make them sharper and smart throughout their life.
With 150 students, Little Angels Public School opened in Gudur Town in 1985 under the supervision of Pragathi Educational Society. It only had classes from L.K.G. to class VI initially. Two years later seven acres of land were purchased at Sarada Nagar, Chillakur, and the school with a strength of 300 students was shifted to it. From its beginnings, it has expanded significantly, and classes have been added with time.
The school currently enrols 1200 students from L.K.G. to class X, together with 72 teachers. The Central Board of Secondary Education is connected to it. For more than 24 years, the school has provided for the educational needs of the residents of Gudur. It is a residential co-educational day school. Students who live in the hostel have access to first-rate facilities.
