The school provides a separate hostel facility both for boys and girls. A room has various facilities like well-furnished, spacious, equipped with solar geyser setup, an air-cooled facility that supplies a 24 hour supply of hot and cold water. The school offers 4 types of meals that are breakfast, lunch, snacks, dinner, and various recreational facilities.
There is 4 type of houses that is Bhagat Singh, Subhash Ch. Bose, Swami Vivekananda, and Rabindranath Tagore. The school organizes activities like annual function celebration. Annual sports meet, national event, celebrating special days.

Rules & Regular for Admission in DIS :
- Students seeking admission must get themselves register.
- After registration students have to sit for an Entrance Exam.
- After qualifying the exam, admission will strictly be granted only on the basis of merit.
- Regarding admission, the decision of the Mgmt. commitee will be final and no unfair means will be entertained.
- Without paying the admission fees, no child will be allowed to sit in the classes under any circumstances.

DIS provide boarding facilities to boys inside the campus on triple sharing basis with individual wardrobes, box beds and study tables. The hostel building is fully air cooled with RO facility. Proper hygienic balanced diet is given to the boarders.
Hostelers will get the advantage of separate homework, remedial & learning classes during evening, night & morning which are guided directly by the staff that permanently resides inside tne school campus .
