The school has designed certain curriculum for the students. They have to go through dictation and oral-test which are scheduled every Monday. They try to build confidence in them and try to improve their communication and pronunciation skills through role-plays, conversation and pronunciation activities.
In these classes, the students recall and recollect the basic skills that they have learned in the previous years. The school organize the test on every Monday on one of the core subjects. Regular assignments are given to the students which makes them more imaginative. They prepare their assignments or any kind of writing skills with the help of newspaper, magazines, reference books etc. which acts as the source for them. They are also taught French as one of the foreign languages.
Delhi Public School follows a certain sequence as they start the classes from nursery (4+) onwards, which completes the duration of one year, followed by the one year of preparatory (PREP) and then the final stage which is based on the 10+2 patterns of Secondary and Senior Secondary Classes which complete the duration of 12 years. At the end of 10 years, class X students appear for All India Senior Secondary Examination (AISSE) and class XII appear for All India Senior Secondary Certificate Examination (AISSCE) which is conducted by C.B.S.E.

They have a large canteen which provides healthy refreshments for students which they can have in their break time.
They have different laboratory facility related to Science- Physics, Chemistry and Biology labs and Computer labs where children can learn practically.
The school is situated in an area of more than 30,000 sq.ft. They have a large playground which covers an area of 2.5 acres which is decorated and maintained with different plants and trees.
The school organizes the regular health check-up camps for students whose results are recorded and maintained. The school health center and the clinic provides first aid and immediate medical attention during school hours. During an emergency condition, the parents are informed and specialist doctors are contacted.
The school provides sports facilities like Shooting Range (6 lanes), Football ground, Cricket nets (2), Badminton courts (2), Basketball court, Skating Ring and Chess room as they believe that “Success is where preparation and opportunity meet”.
It was the proud moment for the school when Abhishek Sharna, a student of the school, got selected in India’s cricket team.
